Baking with Guest Chef - Great British Bake Off Finalist Dan Hunter
Super excited to announce this new and fun class I will be running with the brilliant Dan Hunter from Great British Bake Off.
What we will be making:
Financiers - A small almond cake made with a beurre noisette. Topped with fresh seasonal fruit and a fruit glaze.
Baci Di Dama - “ladies kisses”. An italian nutty biscuit, that melts in the Mouth.
Sable Biscuit - A classic french shortbread biscuit

Brew and cake and Q and A with Dan.
The class is small, interactive and with plenty of opportunity for questions and guidance. It’s great fun and really not as hard as you might think; you just need to be shown how. I hope you can join us!
What you need: Just bring yourself, and a food container to take home any of your goodies.
Everything else is provided.
There will be a bit of pair work, but you can come on your own or bring a friend. Everybody is welcome. A fun, relaxed and informative baking session.
This is a small group - maximum 12 guests.
